Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original CUCKOO packaging including all accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Centre

  Attach the provided return label or RA number to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
